I had a broken zipper on a black athletic jacket. I brought it and and the guy told me it could be repaired. I came to pick up my jacket on the day it was to be done. The man (who I dropped it off with) pulled out about winter coats that weren't even close to mine. After watching him struggle to find my jacket about min later he finally found it. When he brings it out I find there is a blue zipper on the black jacket that did not match at all. I express my concern that I am not happy with the work that has been done and he responds, "It is a 15 dollar repair, you should be happy" I was not and expressed that I was not happy. I open up my wallet to pay, he then took my jacket back behind the counter and got in a screaming match with me about giving me my jacket back saying I needed to pay. I take out my credit card and he says it's cash. I say "Excuse me? You have a sign on your counter 15 dollar minimum for credits cards"(which I am pretty sure it is illegal to charge a minimum charge on a credit card) It's cash for you. I responded, " I do not have any cash, I would like to pay so I can get my jacket back and leave since I have groceries sitting in my car" The man finally takes my credit card, I pay, he finally gives my my jacket back and doesn't even bother to give me a receipt.

This man, almost lost my jacket, was very rude and had terrible costumer service, you could also barely understand him.

I will never go back there again and strongly advise you not to use any of their services there are much nicer people out there that treat people well that deserve the business.
